SUPERFINNS 2025 on the road to global success

The SUPERFINNS® program coaches companies towards worldwide growth. Nordea and the partner jury selected companies that have interesting products and a burning desire to go global. The SUPERFINNS companies are on the cutting edge of innovation and determined to achieve their greatest potential.
The SUPERFINNS jury selected 15 companies to the sparring program out of 40 applicants. The companies were evaluated based on four criteria: market potential, ability to grow, references and team. The jury appreciated scalability – the selected companies operate in large end-markets that have a solid market situation. The teams also have the ability of tapping into those markets.

The SUPERFINNS companies’ combined turnover is 40M€ with over 300 employees. The companies target to increase their combined revenue up to 290M€ and employee count to 824 within the next three years. The SUPERFINNS program strengthens the companies’ ability to achieve these goals and creates positive growth for Finland. The jury expects the companies to prove themselves and show what they are made of.
