I work as Strategic Commercial Manager driving the building of customer segment specific propositions based on market needs and opportunities for retail payments. In my role, I am working closely with our retail and corporate payment strategies, strategy planning and execution, as well as product conceptualization, business cases and go to market plans.

I drive and support initiatives in our product portfolio development agenda and follow closely our strategy execution to meet our customers’ needs with profitable and efficient business models.

I also provide strategic advice and work as a thought leader around my area of expertise.

In my earlier career, I have experience from working in different positions in and between IT and business, as well as managing customer service unit for a large company.
