I lead the technology organization at C2 SmartLight, and I’m responsible for the people, processes, and platforms that drive our business forward. My role exists to bridge the gap between high-level commercial strategy and hands-on engineering execution.

Leading the Strategy & Team
My primary focus is translating business goals into a concrete technical roadmap. I manage the departmental budget and resource planning, ensuring we have the right talent to execute our vision. This involves not just hiring to scale the team, but fostering a culture of mentorship, psychological safety, and high performance.

Orchestrating the Technology
Beyond leadership, I am the ultimate owner of our technical architecture and delivery standards. I oversee the entire Product and Software Development Life Cycle, ensuring we ship high-quality products on a predictable schedule. I also own our security posture, compliance standards, and vendor relationships, ensuring our platform is as resilient as it is innovative.
